1. Introduction

Welcome to MiraHubsy, the Hub of mirroring workflow ideas. These terms govern your access and use of our website and services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our site, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use.

3. Services

MiraHubsy offers services to enhance and reflect workflow patterns for individuals and organizations. Services are provided as described on our site.

3.1 Subscription Services

Subscriptions grant access to curated mirroring workflow idea libraries. Charges are billed periodically. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. No refunds are provided for periods already accessed. Unused future periods may be credited toward other MiraHubsy offerings upon request. Credits expire after six months.

3.2 Custom Consulting Services

Custom consulting is tailored to your workflow needs. If you submit a refund request within 7 days of purchase and no deliverables have been provided, a full refund will be issued. After deliverables are shared, no refunds are available. Service credits may be transferred to another individual within the same organization upon request.

4. Information Products

Digital guides, templates, and courses are delivered electronically. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed or downloaded the product. Once access is granted or files are downloaded, no refunds are provided due to the digital nature of the item.

5. Physical Goods

Physical products such as printed workbooks or toolkits are shipped to you. If a shipment arrives damaged, you must notify us within 14 days. We will ship a replacement at no additional charge. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed. All refund requests for physical goods must be made through the contact form.

6. Refund Policy

All refund requests must be submitted through the contact form. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days. Depending on your service category, credits or transfers may be offered in lieu of a refund. Services explicitly marked as non-refundable will not qualify for a refund. MiraHubsy reserves the right to verify eligibility before processing any refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on MiraHubsy, including text, graphics, and images, is the property of MiraHubsy or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any materials without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiraHubsy and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of our site or services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes and post the revised terms on our site. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
